These are two broadcast and social media campaign videos created to recruit Direct Support Professionals, the frontline caregivers essential to Fello's Fello's (formerly The Arc of Central Chesapeake Region) services for adults with developmental disabilities. The campaign addresses a critical staffing need in the disability services sector by humanizing the role and attracting mission-driven candidates. These are 2 separate campaigns from different years.
